About Arc

Arc is a school ERP and parent app for Indian schools. It brings admissions, attendance, fees, exams, payroll and parent communication into one place, so school teams spend less time chasing spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and disconnected tools.

What you’ll do

  • Build a pipeline by reaching out to schools, K-12 institutions and colleges.
  • Speak with principals and administrators by phone, WhatsApp, email and in person.
  • Plan school visits near you and travel across Mumbai for qualified opportunities.
  • Understand how each school works, show how Arc fits and follow up consistently.
  • Keep every next step clear. If closing is your strength, take interested schools through proposal and negotiation with support from the team.
  • Maintain an accurate lead list and coordinate a clean handover after a school signs.

You will have room to plan your approach and build real relationships—not just work through a call sheet.

You’d fit in if

  • You can start conversations with people you have not met and earn their attention.
  • You communicate clearly in spoken and written English and Hindi. Marathi is useful.
  • You are comfortable with phone calls, email, WhatsApp and online meetings.
  • You know basic Excel or Google Sheets and can keep a lead list current.
  • You follow up without being chased and communicate clearly when plans change.
  • You are based in Mumbai or the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and can travel locally.
  • B2B, education or software sales experience helps; initiative and follow-through matter more.

What we offer

Use home as your base for calls, follow-ups and planning. School visits begin around your area, with Mumbai-wide meetings scheduled around qualified opportunities—not daily office reporting. The salary is ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, plus incentives on every closed deal. Saturday and Sunday are off. Our head office is in Vasai West, Maharashtra.
